I have an anti spam server outside my dominoserver that removes most spam. Now I am to forward some spam that may be rewal mail and the mails will be marked SPAM in the subject. I would like to create a rule that puts all mails that comes to the inbox with the subject SPAM to be moved to the junk folder. This is easy if you create a rule but I have 500 mailboxes and I want to do this by automatation.
I have tried to create an agent in the inbox with the option “if new mail arrives” - >move to junk but it wont work. I have also tried to put a rule in the mail template but it is not copied to each mailbox. What way is best to implement a rule/agent to all users?
