A menu item was not found.....?

Got a good one for yall…

We have a user who has delegated several users to his calendar. All but one delegated user is having an issue when tries to forwards any entries. First error is “A menu item was not found.” Once user clicks on it several times, second error comes up “Invalid menu handle”.

So far I’ve done the following and nothing worked…

Deleted cache.ndk, desktop8.ndk and bookmark.nsf. Ran maintenance on the mailfile. Downgraded and upgraded to 8.51 template.

Any ideas other than reinstalling the client…?

May I have the following information please?1. Which 8.5.1 client does this problem occur on: Standard or Basics?

  1. Does it only happen when forward the entry? How about double click and open it up? How about right-click on the entry and select Forward?

  2. You mentioned the problem happened on any entries. Are you referring to any calendar entries (appointments, all day events, meetings)?

  3. What kind of delegating access does the user have?

  4. Did the user do the action from the view?
