8 Hour Timeout - DWA

I’m having an issue with DWA timeouts and I’m hoping someone can point me into the right direction for a solution. Running Domino 8.0.2, ALL of my users access their accounts via Domino Web Access (DWA). Here’s the issue - after a period of right at 8 hours after signing in to a mail account for the day, the user will often times receive the following message once they go to open a message from the inbox:

“Your server session has expired. You will be asked to reauthenticate. Once you have reauthenticated, the action you just requested will be automatically reattempted.”

The user is allowed to re-enter their credentials and once they do, they are authenticated back into Domino just like normal.

I know this has to be a simple matter of a timeout value that has been set, but I can’t seem to find it for the life of me. I figure the value is set at 8 hours or 480 minutes and I’d like to know where to go to change that value. I might be overlooking it - can anyone steer me in the proper direction?

Thanks in advance!

Look at your Domino SSO configuration.

Subject: Where can that config be found?

Forgive my lack of knowledge, but could you steer me to where that config would be stored? I’m fairly new to Domino and haven’t had a lot of experience in working with the configs.

Thanks…
