My company is in the process of upgrading everyone to Lotus Notes 8.5.3. We have had multiple people that have this issue but most of them I have been able to resolve, except for this one laptop. This issue is strictly within the inbox in the Subject Line (i.e. FM=Appointment;NP=false;NT=A;AT=3;TT=;EC=0;DD=01/04/2011)
On the other computers that were having this same problem, I was able to resolve them by deleting the CACHE.NDK file and then re-opening Lotus Notes. I have also tried Ctrl+Shift+F9 to rebuild the views. None of these troubleshooting steps have seem to fix this issue on this laptop.
This is not an issue after using the load convert command. I have already converted the user when I did her desktop.
Can you please let me know what I can to resolve this issue.
