Might this have something to do with the Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.2 upgrade just recently applied?

Subject: temp fix

I remarked out any PDF related lines in the notes.ini and the client does sucessfully open now. Where should I go from here?

Subject: notes.ini line to change

same problem here.you don’t have to remove ALL pdf related stuff from notes.ini.

I changed the line

EXTMGR_ADDINS=MailServer.dll, PDFSTUFFHERE

to

EXTMGR_ADDINS=MailServer.dll

and that worked.

sorry, I don’t remember what PDFSTUFFHERE was. I should have written it down. my bad.
