Subject: Rendering causing trouble

Rendering preview is a known issue. It is caused sometimes by the engine used to render. It may seems rare, but your browser is casing this to happen.

Try to change the default browser to IE on OS and see what happen. Then change it to Firefox/Mozilla. You should be able to see one of these changes causing the preview to work.
