We have a large (50 GB) heavily used web-based database running on a 8.02FP1 Windows server. When I edit a LotusScript agent in this database using Domino Designer 8.52, the designer client freezes for about 45-60 seconds. During this period the database is inaccessible using HTTP. Other databases on the server are fine during this period. I don’t experience this problem if I edit the same agent in smaller database based on the template.
We don’t have this problem if we edit the same agent using 8.02 designer - just the eclipse designer. Anyone know what Domino Designer is doing that would cause this? Will this problem be resolved when we upgrade our server to 8.52?
