About every other morning, after restarting my machine and Notes, the first attempt to send an email yields “An error has occurred while processing the e-mails: Invalid or nonexistent document”.
The only resolution is to shut down the client, delete cache.ndk, restart the client.
Anyone else seeing this? I can’t deploy a client that does this regularly…
I’m getting the invalid document error in Notes 8.0.2, too. It’s definitely happened when I wake up from standby, but I’m not sure yet if it’s happening every time I come back from standby (I don’t believe it is).
Closing and restarting Notes seems to do the trick, but would love a better solution.
Certainly happens when I come back from standby, may also have to do with switching location documents which I’ve been doing a lot lately. I won’t be able to deploy 8.0.2 until I find an answer to this.
