We have users who are clicking emails in inbox, and it is opening the mail before or after the one they are clicking on. When printing, same thing is happening - mail is opened, print button is clicked, and the mail in front or after the selected mail is printed. I have done update view, etc, does not help. Only thing to do is close client and reopen. This did not happen with 8.0.1

Did some research on this problem and found an reported issue. In that PMR, the administrator ran the following maintenance commands against the affected mail file and this seemed to resolve the problem:
Load Fixup mail/username.nsf -f -n Full no purge
Load Compact mail/username.nsf -c -d -i Copy Style - Delete Views -
Ignore Errors
Load Updall mail/username.nsf -r Rebuilding Views

I’m seeing the same problem. I’ve to exit out of my mailbox and then go back in to resolve the problem. Going to place a support call with Lotus.
