7 copies of Location form in pernames.ntf?

I was trying to figure out why the internet brower in all of my location documents (in personal address book) was getting reset every night to “Microsoft Internet Explorer” when I discovered that the Personal Address Book Template (pernames.ntf) has SEVEN (7) copies of the location form. (Form Name = “Location|Location”)

This is a brand new installation of Notes Client 7.0.2, and pernames.ntf has not been modified. This is how it came.

I’m curious, does anybody know why there are so many copies of the form? Also, any help on the internet browser resetting thing would be cool too.

maybe there is a Policy in your domino directory that is resetting the value.

I only have 5 copies of the Location form in my 7.0.2 pernames.ntf, but have duplicates of other Forms as well.

Have you talked to IBM/Lotus about the issue?

No, I figured I’d start here to see if this was something normal that I wasn’t aware of. I haven’t done a detailed analysis of the forms, so I dont’ know what the difference between them is. My guess is that they are artifacts from prior releases of the template.
