6.5->6.5.1 Incremental Installer Fails

I cannot seem to clear this error below. Any direction would be helpful.

I have seen this couple times before. I never found out why this happened. To get around it, I uninstalled the client the reinstalled the newer full version, not the incrimental. Not the answer but maybe a temporary solution to try.

I’ve seen this go both ways, so either one of these might help:

  1. Reboot the computer.

  2. Make sure js32.dll is in your path

  3. If 2 doesn’t work, remove it from your path, move all instances of js32.dll to another directory not in the path, reboot and try again.

Often times it’s another application using it, like the performance monitor that may be running as a background task. Shut this down, reboot and try (yet) again.
