6.5.1 unread marks not in red

Hi,

when installing new clients (651 nl) the unread marks only display a red start but the mail is not in red color. It stays black. We don’t use the color marks from the tools-mail-color tab. The clients installations are new.

Any idea?

I’ve seen this too in other upgrades from mailfiles (replace design). It goes away after a while , I mean they will change to full Red lines after a while (I suppose after the unread mark list is indexed)

I saw this in 6.0.1 as well. This may help if it’s the same in 6.5.1:

Under Database properties and the Advanced tab, there’s an option “Don’t maintain unread marks”. See if it’s checked and experiment with it unchecked.

go to the replication settings, space savers tab and change the value for “remove documents not modified in the last XX days” from 90 to 0. Do not check the box. exit the database then go back into the database and reset the value to 90. This has corrected this issue for several users.
