6.5.1 Install Stops at 69%

I am trying to install Domino 6.5.1 onto a remote Nt4 SP6a server but the install stops at 69%. Copying the ftsbody.htm

Anybody know how to get round this?

Did you check upgrade.log (or update.log, can’t remember which) and see where it actually stops? The info on the installer screen may be misleading - could be that it’s done with that file and trying to move on to the next one.

Thanks for your help but it appears there was an Anti-Virus program running. I stopped this and all was then OK.Thanks again for your help.

I don’t know how to get round it but very similar occured when I upgraded to 6.5.1 on a Win 2K SP4 system. On the third attempt, the install worked.To be on the safe side, I rebooted between each attempt.
