6.000 error Any Solution in Hand?

Hi All,

Recently I have Observed a Peculiar Error coming up for Asian Users specially Singapore, Malayasia, thailanad , Donguan .

The Error is existing in Various Forms :

  1. Radio button values in the application turning to 6.0000 value.

  2. Document link Icon in the recieved mail is appearing as 6.0000.

  3. when trying to click on particular action getting an Pop up messege “Database 6.0000!!6.0000 has not been opened yet”

  4. some junk values in Controlled Access sections.

Please Provide me your insight on this Error, As this issue seems to be spreading.
