We are planning for an upgrade of our existing Lotus domino infrastructure from 6.0.3 to latest version 8. I do not see any documentation for this. I only see upgrade documentation from 6.5.3.
Did any one perform this type of upgrade or have any suggestions.?

Well . . . . IBM wants you to move up to the R6.5.x code stream before upgrading to R8. However, and I am not proud of this, I have done this upgrade (R6.0.x to R8). But, I was fortunate to have new hardware for the new server. And, after the software install on the new hardware, there were a lot of manual changes.
If it justified being on R8, then I guess the upgrade was a success.

I don’t have a document that I am willing to share. I hope that you understand.
However, what I will share is:
Budget more time for the upgrade than you would for a 6.5 => 8 upgrade.
Install Domino 8 on new server.
Copy notes.ini, server.id, and data to new server.
Bring up Domino 8, watch the console, and correct the issues.

migrated to V7.0.3 instead of V8. It is working good, no issues see for the past 3 weeks.
