The processing of installing the complete new version of 6.0.4 had some glitches…After installing 6.0.4 over 6.0.3, that seemed fine (the setup.exe install process, all clients version)…
Then the first launch of 6.0.4 seemed to kill itself…
A second launch worked ok, but revealed some oddities in that bookmark, as the vertical icons were spaced in an odd manner. I changed my home page setting, but it would never take after restarting 6.0.4 multiple times.
I had to delete bookmark.nsf to correct this issue. Evidently some part of the installation, or initial launching of the app, corrupted the bookmark.nsf file.
