6.0.2 CF1 in a R5 Domain

I am looking into Sametime 3.1. I’d like to know the impact of installing a Domino 6.0.2 CF1 Server into an existing R5 Domain (5.0.8, 5.0.10, & 5.0.12). The 6.0.2 Domino server’s only purpose is to support ST3.1.

This is a proof of concept test and I would rather not make any permanent changes to my Domain.

As long as you install 6 on its own box there will be no impact. Trying to temporarily put 6 on a server that will later go back to 5 is not a good idea.
