554 5.7.1: Recipient address rejected: Access denied

We are unable to send email to one particular domain on the internet. This error comes all the time.

have you tried contacting the recipient to report the error?

Recipient is not getting any response or notification.

I have tried sending from Gmail and that worked.

We have two SMTP servers and If I am routing it through 2nd one it works. One SMTP server is causing issues only to one particular domain. It is sending emails to other domains fine.

We have not made any changes recently. I tried rebooting the windows server and then it worked for an hour but then again the same error.

Also, checked configuration doc and could not find anything under restrictions.

Subject: SOLUTION

Restart router or update routing table configuration.

Not sure about anything else but this has temporarily sorted the issue

Any clue about permanent fix aprt from upgrade to 852
