554 5.1.2 unresolvable address

Please any idea of how to resolve this problem?

Mssage is:

Error transferring message 002C0BAB via SMTP to lmg.ahnet.net;mail.ahnet.net 554 5.1.2 unresolvable address

pretty much another way of saying ‘user does not exist’, check the spelling and try again.

Hi,this is the problem: the user DOES exist. And I’ve tried many other accounts-- they all say the same

Any other clue will be welcome!

sorry, i meant check the whole address, specifically the domain part is wrong, like using user@mail.domain.com instead of user@domain.com, while the first is going to get to the right place it doesn’t really exist as an address.
