Can someone suggest a supported utility that provides disclaimer facility for outgoing SMTP mail?
We have played with NAV but it requires rich text at the desktop,and not all our offices use it.
I have seen a link to one on the rnext download site but it is unsupported to I know it must exist. ALso, I know MAilsweeper does this, but it is a much bigger app than is needed and more costly.

Try .Trailer from Group Software. We have been using it for over 2 years with no issues. Also, their other products are great for e-mail encryption and SPAM filtering. It’s part of their iQ.Suite of products and can be purchased without the other modules.
I don’t work for them, but have been a customer for over 2 years.
