We’ve upgraded our user computer from Windows 98 to Windows XP with Notes 6.5.2.
When users open html mails with Notes client, they sometimes cannot view those gif and jpg files. The problem can be fixed if proxy ip address, user name and password are added to their location documents.
My question is we have 2 proxy servers for load balancing. They work fine under using IE with proxy.pac (proxy auto-configuration) file. Can I make use of this proxy.pac file in Notes client ? How ? If not, how can I tell Notes client that I have 2 proxy server. The proxy setting in location document accept only ONE ip address.
